Social gathering in St. Paul
I'll be in the Twin Cities the last weekend of January, which means, to my great joy, that I get to go to the St. Paul Winter Carnival.
So! Rather than calling people at the last minute to see if they're free, I'm planning ahead. I want to see the torchlight parade, and the overthrow of King Boreas. Let's have early dinner/tea/appetizers before the festivities, while there's still a faint chance of parking downtown.
