Famine to feast
That was the easiest job interview ever.
Me: Hi, you wanted to talk to me about opportunities with your group?
Him: Yes. When can you start?
Me: Um, I have this other thing I have to do for a couple weeks, at least.
Him: Okay! Let me know as soon as you're done.
Me: And do you mind if I do this as Contractor Type V instead of A?
Him: No problem!
Him: Don't forget! Call me as soon as you know when you can start.
Me: ....
This means, of course, that for the next couple months, I will have two, count them two jobs. ah ah ah! Which means I will be busy and stressed and brain explodey. But then I suspect the IronKey stuff will taper down to 10 or 15 hours a week. Which is enough to get a savings cushion. And pay for Christmas. And maybe, if it stays consistent, be able to send the kids to actual pre-school.
