Today was sooooo gooooood.
Liza and I spent an hour talking and cuddling before we fell asleep last night. I love having her visiting here. Her and Susanna both. I love them so.
Buuuut, then i had to wake up at six thirty this morning in order to get to the AIDSwalk on time. That did not make me a happy Hannah, but after orange juice bagels and coffee cake from coffee bean I felt just heaps better!! *fake big smile*
At AIDS walk we met this actor, Hal Sparks. We ended up talking to him almost the entire walk. All in all...very cool guy, very cool conversation. I didn't even notice how incredibly sore my feet were until the very end.
Or how badly sun-burned I became.
When we got back we all took naps, swam in the pool and had dinner with the family. Then we drove to the Promenade. We opened all the windows and blasted Guster and Beatles White Album (cd 1); putting our arms out the windows and pretending we were flying. We somehow managed to spend twenty dollars on desserts....black forest cake, triple chocolate mousse cake, two double chocolate cookies, a chocolate chip cookie, a fruit tart and three tall glasses of milk. Liza stole a bright orange gerber daisy from the restaurant and spun around the fountain outside with it.
Then we sang along to Obla-di Obla-da on the way home.
And we're watching Some Like it Hot.
