...this will be short. Brevity is also due to pain and stiffness in my hands, wrists, etc. Yes, I've been naughty lately and have not used proper typing/mousing form so the old carpal tunnel is flaring up again. :) So nice.
So...a few things (and these should all be preceded by "OMG Squeeeee!"):
I've just watched the video of Nicholas Tse and Eason Chan performing "A Better Man," so generously provided by
koalathebear here. Oh. My! Nicholas is too cute and I didn't know that he could sing (and play the guitar?!) - he was even singing harmony, I think. These are dangerous things for me to know. ;) Such a cute video.
wand3rlust has made the most beautiful Brokeback Mountain music vid
here. When I saw that the song was my beloved James Blunt's "Goodbye My Lover" I knew I had to see it. Truly, it's extremely poignant, and the song is perfect. So sad.
I found out that
Vienna Teng performed
Damien Rice's wonderful song "Cannonball!"
And finally, I think it was
alexandral who said that Bleak House, a BBC 15-part series based on Charles Dickens' novel of the same title, is like the costume drama version of Battlestar Galactica, and now, after having seen about half the series, I must agree! OMG Squeeee! It's so good - large cast of interesting characters, dark secrets, twisty plot...oh, so fabulous. I will write a proper review soonest, I hope. But right now, Oh, My, so addicted to the Bleak House.
Also, I've now watched my first two episodes of Rome and all I can say is Titus Pullo ROCKS! Seriously, can't wait to watch more, because overall it's excellent but Titus (Ray Stevenson) is so magnetic and irresistable.
