(kame) stupid is fun! glad it worked for you in this episode *giggles too* xDarcinmyskyFebruary 4 2008, 17:21:53 UTC
My favorite moment in the whole episode is when Kousaku advances on Yoshihiko with his "ferocious" face on.
*flails* That's my fav part too!!! I rewatched it a few times cuz it was so good! ♥
& I was very glad to get a deeper glimpse & understanding into Katsumi's behaviour. It all makes sense now & I thought the scene of him & his mother in the hospital was pitiful & sad. I think he is slowly being more honest with himself though & I can't wait to see more of what he will do with his new realization & honesty next episode :)
Starving Kousaku opening and closing his mouth like a fish is adorable. :) I totally agree- the look on his face with that mouth motion is so cute! He is adorable in so many parts- I've lost count! O_O xD
& Ueda delivers all the boxing speeches & philosophies so darn well! I love how he nails it all the time ;)
& Kousaku was amazing when defending Sister Angela & the boys! It was crazy not to hit them but he stuck to Sister Angela's request & did everything he could *swoon*
I too felt Sister Angela showed more gentleness & warm compassion in her facial expressions this episode. It made her appear more real & in touch with her role. Maybe she puts up that guard a lot because Kousaku might fall in love with her even more if she showed too much xD Maybe Meisa concentrates on perfecting that look & characteristic too much, that it comes out weird & cold (leaving the other traits Sister Angela might have out & causing an imbalance)?? I hope she shows more warmth & empathy in her eyes & face too because it let’s her role shine more.
Could it be...is Sister Angela beginning to fall for Kousaku?

Every episode I think we're getting closer to the relationship and conflict between Katsumi and his mother - I'm curious to see how they develop it.
And you could be right about Meisa deliberately making Sister Angela cold to avoid leading Kousaku on, but honestly I'm not sure she's that sophisticated (Sister Angela, I mean). I have this feeling that Sister Angela is really quite naive about how to behave with men.
I much prefer Sister Angela when she is warmer and kinder! :)
After watching episode 4, I think you are right! She is naive when it comes to that & the feeling Kousaku invokes in her is very new & strange to her ('…my heart gets confused'). & maybe she is getting scared from that feeling because it's an unknown territory. I am not sure if choosing to act severe & colder helps block out those confused feelings for Sister Angela.
I much prefer Sister Angela when she is warmer and kinder! :)
Me too ^_^.
Anyway, I am enjoying the episodes so far & can’t wait to watch the next! I hope it’s the same for you as well. ^_^
