I'm already preparing myself for a gloomy ending! :) I just can't imagine that with the way it begins that it will end on a happy note. But that's ok. I just hope it's not like the end of Kimura Takuya's Sleeping Forest...

I didn't watch Sleeping Forest, but tissues at hand is definitely recommended for Taiyou no Kisetsu...

Good to know. Sleeping Forest is good - you should check it out someday (when you have the time, which I know won't be for a while). :)

The ending has a bit similarity ( just a little) because of a character's death. But Sleeping Forest's ending is much gloomier.
