I'm sorry they were keeping you up- especially your WEDDING weekend of all times!! :(
That comes thru my apartment sometimes and I do call the cops. They tend to get here in time to catch them usually and that helps a lot with the frequency of offenses. But if the cops their take so long :( I am sorry I know how horribly annoying, to say the least, that is and how frustrating to not have any options save a potentially very dangerous confrontation
