I can not deal with the damned idiots that want to blare their music at unbelievable volumes, no matter what time it is. It's something that really irritates me, but when it's 2 in the afternoon or even 8 in the evening, I just roll my eyes and wish it would go away. However, I have just been woken up at bloody 2 in the f-ing morning (the night before my wedding no less) by a huge red truck cruising around the parking lots of my complex with what must be a $2,000 stereo system (at least) blaring f-ing mariachi (or some sort of hispanic) music at such a volume that I can still feel the vibrations of it and hear the voices singing when they are 3-4 buildings away from mine in a parking lot so far away I can barely see the truck from my balcony. There's a word for things that are more than ridiculous, for things that are so incredibly insensitive and stupid and ... and... whatever, but I am so pissed and frustrated that I can't even figure out what that word is.

And of course, I can't even really do anything about it, because by the time I called apartment security (right, like they would do anything) or the police, the truck would be gone. They hung around just long enough to wake me up, piss me off, and give me a throbbing headache.

And you know what's really sad about this? I have begun to reach the point of not being able to appreciate any hispanic music because I'm so used to hearing it blaring from my neighbor's vehicles at all hours of the day and night; a situation that sets my anger boiling in most cases, and easily rubs me the wrong way at the very least.

ETA: And it's now an hour later and I'm still up. I've just been treated to some more blaring music, this time rap music from a couple of guys who have been transferring some objects (that looked like electronics) from the trunks of two cars and an SUV since 10 pm last night when I was trying to go to bed and had to deal with their rap music and loud talking throughout the parking lot.

I really hate this place sometimes, and I have to say that when we manage to move to the Boro, our neighborhood better be really f-ing quiet!
