I was really apprehensive about Super Junior at first. I remember watching a few of their performances around christmas, and I was left feeling throughly unimpressed. Not to mention they looked like an entire army while performing. Eventually the barriers broke down and now I know all of their names and love them to pieces, but not specifically because of the performances, even though all of them are insanely good dancers that put most of JE to shame (with the exception of Tsubasa and Ohno). They are just so wonderfully retarded and really like to play it up for the cameras, so there's tons of hugging and kissing and even the occasional groping, which amuses me. A lot of their shows have been subbed, so you can watch them and actually understand what they're saying, and I've started picking up some Korean phrases pretty quickly, and now want to learn Korean as well as Japanese.

AND THEY ARE SO CUTE. Um yeah, I'm done rambling now. My point is, you might want to give them a second chance, because they're definitely worth it. Then again, I guess SuJu might not be everyone's piece of cake. It's not impossible to like SuJu and JE at the same time. I still love JE, I'm just taking a break from all of it until Kusano comes back, because JE without Kusa kind of loses it's appeal, seeing as he is my favorite. And don't even get me started on all the Kity GYM retardedness.

Kpop artists tend to put far more effort into performing than Japanese artists do, and I have to give them tons of credit for that. The amazing dancing and non-ugly stage costumes is probably what got me into kpop in the first place.

Shit, this ended up being an essay. Sorry. I feel like a complete dork now. XD
