Okay, so Michelle, my friend from CT was supossed to come down and stay with me for a couple days. And so I spent a good two hours cleaning my room, my bathroom, etc for her to come. MAJOR UNDERTAKING. And, y'know, it would've been nice to see another person over break since most people here are away. So I get back from running and I check my email and I see THIS:
bad news. we're not going. my mom decided that cuz they raised the security alert thing and theres a good chance theres gonna be a terrorist attack she doesnt want to be away from my sister if it happens.
...I don't know about you but that rates pretty damn high on my WTF-ometer.
