alright, here it is, my christian journal entry that i said that i would write. When in comes to cannabis ( i use this word because 'marihuana' was used to negatively describe it by former drug czar Harry Anslinger and his cohorts back in the '30s, when 'marijuana' was made illegal doctors were dumbfouned when they realised this MJ was the same 'cannabis' they had been prescribing for years for sick and dieing people) no morals were behind criminalizing this god given plant. At the time (1930s) cannabis posed no social threat and was widely known as medicine, but many cotton industries and pharmaceutical companies were losing business to this plant. Industril Hemp outlasted and outperformed cotton in any form, and one plant was able to cure the ailnesses of many people without the need for hundreds of opiod prescriptions. THis threat had to be eliminated for the corporations were losing money so they decided to criminalise the use of cannabis. Harry Anslinger was then apointed as the drug czar and began a crusade spreading horrible and vicious lies about the herb. Claiming it causes psychosis in its users, often causing violent rage resulting in the murder of innocent people(this one of many outrageous claims). The laws changed, congress approved without any discussion passing the bill under the radar of the people with some shred of intelligence. And the commerce involved with cannabis has been created by the criminalization of it. No herb would be shippied transported, traded for 'hard drugs' or guns if it was safely distributed to the people. Taxing it would generate millions upon millions of dollars needed to solve many of our countries and this worlds problems. SO its really mind boggling why so many are still under the brainwashed conclusion that cannabis is 'evil' I find the effect resulted from smoking is a much more relaxing at peace euphoria, stimulating the mind and clear though. Allowing those to ponder the universe without boundaries. In all honesty it has broughten me closer to god , i didnt even believe before i began to understand the plant and use it effectively.
Yes its abused, but it does not kill people. Where as tobacco and alcohol are widely advertised and distributed when they are this worlds two biggest killers. (alcohol was illegal for many years till the government realised that prohibition was a failure and did more harm than good).
As to the war, i understand that in the bible many fought in the name of god, but George Bush is simply a tyrannical maniac. How he says the word god is beyond me. Did god whisper into his ear "Kill my children, kill the muslims for they know not god". God is not a christian , and the name and image of god does not matter at all. Be it god, krsna,jah,allah,yahweh,buddha,christos, tis irrelevant. God is all, and all is one, we are all, and we are god. My intention is only peace, and love of jah.
