We are sorry, but at this time, we feel that your application is not strong enough to be accepted. Your application has been denied for the following reasons:
● The app team feels that the personality section does give an accurate interpretation of Euphemia's character and misses key aspects that make Euphemia who she is. Furthermore, it is felt that the application does not give a good grasp of the character's personality nor an understanding of the character's motivations. For example, while Hufflepuff might be a suitable house for Euphemia, the app team feels the second choice of Ravenclaw would not be suitable at all. Nor does the app team feel that Euphemia is the type of character to use "masks".
● Much of the grammar for the application is weak and could use editing. Especially for a character with a royal upbringing who would likely have had tutors. The app team suggests having a beta look over apps in the future.
● Finally, we feel that the samples given do not give a very good grasp of the character's inner and outer voices, as the samples written are very generic and do not clearly express Euphemia's mannerisms. The samples don't read as distinctly Euphemia.
We understand that this can be very disappointing and discouraging, but we don't wish for this current decision to bar you from apping in the future. You may resubmit an application for this character next app round, when they open on December 7th at 0:00 GMT.
