(no subject)

As I type this, it is 11:39 PM.

I finished my workout (EA Sports Active 2 on the Wii - 35 minutes of exercising, 230 calories) about 50 minutes ago, then had some wine, finished reading my book (No Way to Treat a First Lady, by Christopher Buckley), and, now, I'm thinking that I want to swim. That would burn even more calories, and I'd be all relaxed and happy to sleep.

Why on earth would I decide to swim NOW?

(No, I'm not going to - I have to be up in 6-1/2 hours, and sleep is more valuable, but we'll see about tomorrow...)
