Okay, I'm back on the stick, diet-wise. I've maintained my weight since I took my trip in November, but haven't lost any more.

I got EA Sports Active 2 for the Wii to change up my workout with the Wii Fit and - man! What a difference! It's pretty intense. The Wii Fit is pretty low-impact. It has to be - you can't jump up and down on the balance board and expect it to survive. But this is a lot of running and jumping (running in place is not a strong suit for me, but never mind). Yesterday, it was half an hour, and I burned almost 200 calories. Compared to the Wii Fit, where I'd get about 150 in an hour, this is pretty good.

I want to be down another 25 pounds over the same time frame I lost my 30 last year - that is to say, by Election Day.
