Dear Mr Obama:
You know that analogy you love so dearly? The one that goes like this: "They ran the car into the ditch, and now that we've got the car out of the ditch, they want the keys back? You can't HAVE the keys back! You don't know how to drive!"
I would like to make two points that help to clarify it. First, it was YOUR people who were in charge when the car went into the ditch. So, by rights, the bad driving has nothing to do with the people who are demanding (and yes, it is a demand - see point two) that you give us back the keys.
Second point: IT IS OUR GODDAMNED CAR. It doesn't belong to you. And the sooner you figure that out, the better off we'll all be.
So, come November, be advised that we are TAKING the keys back. Ripping them right out of your hand if we have to. And, come January, 2013, you ain't getting anywhere NEAR that car ever again.
