Weigh-in

I started the diet on Monday.

Yesterday, I was up two pounds (probably residual from Sunday's "Diet Starts Tomorrow!" binge-fest).

But today, I was down five - which means down three from my start weight.

So far, so good. Except that I'm cooking ALL THE FREAKING TIME, and, when I'm not cooking, I'm cleaning up from the cooking.

Right now, I'm having a snack of roasted chickpeas. Yummy!
