Still haven't managed to get the Blu-Ray player to actually, like, PLAY A MOVIE. Upgraded the firmware, which just made the problem worse - now, not only will it not play the movie all the way through, it won't even LOAD THE DISC.

I don't see how this is an improvement.

I'm home tomorrow - I hope to get this resolved. Cross fingers!

On the other side...HOW MUCH DO I LOVE MY NEW COMPUTER?! OMG, so fast and awesome!
