Super busy today and yesterday, plus I had to leave early yesterday because Catherine was sick and had to go to the doctor. Poor little thing - she had a cough, and a temperature, and she threw up her breakfast. So Doug told me to leave earlier than I had planned. I picked her up, and brought her home and just cuddled her until it was time to go to the doctor - and even he took one look at her and knew she wasn't feeling well, because she's normally sparkly and happy, and she was just kind of lethargic yesterday.
Ear infection, plus a cold. So she's on antibiotics. She doesn't have a fever any more, but she's still sick, though more of her happy self. AND we had to meet with the tax people last night to make sure everything's set up in the most advantageous way for The Better Bean - we can fix it now, but not after the 1st! So I had to drag my sick little baby along with me.
Tomorrow night is Joe's office Christmas party. We've been looking forward to it for a while. We've got a sitter - I hope she's feeling better by then.
