Catherine slept twelve hours Saturday night. :-) And she came close last night, too. Seven weeks old. Yep, I hit the baby jackpot.
Also, she's on the verge of laughing out loud. She's become much more animated in the last week, and, today, when I was doing her morning changing (she really likes being on the changing table for some reason), she was just smiling, and moving, and being generally adorable.
She's learning about kisses, too. Every time I pick her up, I kiss her (I can't HELP it - I've done it since she was three days old!) - now she's turning her face into the kiss, and, sometimes, it seems as though she's trying to kiss back. At any rate, she seems to like me. This isn't high praise, though. So far, she seems to like everyone.
I've been playing Mozart to her in her crib. :-) And I found a cheap source for Baby Einstein DVDs, so I'll be getting her those, too.
