Started back on the diet today, but, even though it's almost 2:00, I only just ate breakfast (and not all of the breakfast - I've still got my yogurt to eat) about an hour ago, so I'm not ready for lunch, yet.

Heading for the dentist shortly, alas. And neither of the coffee machines we have going at the new place is working at the moment.
