So, wish me luck at the DMV! (Oh, sorry, MVA - they want me to think that if they call themselves the Motor Vehicle Administration they're not as evil as the DMV?)

Good luck! :) Mass has its own name here for the DMV too -- the Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV). They actually *do* seem to be a little nicer than the DMVs I'd been to in NJ, but probably that has more to do with how the office is much smaller (there's more of them?) than with the name. :P

Thank you! I've had such an ordeal trying to get enough proofs of address, since I just moved in here and I get all my bills online anyway. So I'm really hoping I've got the right stuff!

Huh, it's curious that they've got regional names. They're still DMV in California.

Yay academic nerds! ;)

I'm looking at homosexuality, body image, or war. I do like touchy subjects (you know, huge fan of Banned Books Week here). We have to look at a minimum of 12 books for the term paper, so I was scoping out the subjects a bit to see if there actually are 12 books on those topics.
