The results look great. Can't wait to see final results.
Knew a sculpture that worked with foam and then had them cast in aluminum.

You can do a lot with the foam. The mess however is pretty nasty and will stick around for awhile.

I've seen some big scale signs and stuff made out of this foam and the results were amazing.

that foam seems like it would be easy to carve! where did you buy the foam?
your project looks great. I love that you are posting pics of the process.

You can get it from sign supply stores or I guess you could try a local sign shop. It's not cheap, lol. But it's sooo much fun to play around with.
