Sorry about this, but I'm disabling comments from anonymous users for a while. I'm getting three or four spam comments a week and am getting tired of deleting them. Once I feel a bit safer from the constant barrage, I will allow it again, but for now, I'm just pissed off.

First, I woke up at 4AM, freezing. Went in closet to get sweatshirt and realized that favorite gray hoodie was missing! Zomg at 4 in the morning! Finally went back to sleep after writing self a note on fridge to look for hoodie. Woke up, late, at 10AM. Looked for hoodie. Realized that it had smelled funky and was in the hamper. Headdesk. I've been thinking about Tamora Pierce lately. I love all of the books-- the Alanna books somewhat less than the rest-- but as I was thinking about them, I realized something. I have done math: there are 168 hours in a week. I spend 18 of them in classes. You are supposed to spend 2 hours outside of classes for every hour of class: 36. Assume 8 x 7 for sleep: 56. Add on to that the homework beyond reading, I.E. perennial papers, which would average to an hour or two a day for each class. Therefore, I have six hours a day ( Read more... )

Marathon writing today. I want 50 pages, double-spaced Courier New 12pt, of Unn. That's about 13,000 words. I have 3,992 at the moment.

Let's see how this goes. NaNo practice? Practice for awesomeness? Need to procrastinate on my last day of fall break? Who knows-- let's write.
