[When the PCD turns on, it's showing a fish. Specially, it's showing a catfish, which seems a little more on the cat end than a fish has any right to be.
The catfish nibbles at the PCD, spinning it around, then nudges it again to spin it another direction. The device is apparently floating in the water filling the garden outside the Temple, showing a mix of transformed sea plants and regular, now very dead greenery. Another nudge from the fish, and the PCD turns a little more, to focus on a sight that is either adorable or ridiculous or both.
Rei's
elaborate tail probably is the most noticeable thing, right away, as the priestess has been turned into a mermaid. Castiel, in contrast, stands out far less, with no apparent changes other than gills and sans his trenchcoat.
Of course, what is actually most noticeable is that they look kind of like they're hugging, if it weren't for the fact that they are both apparently asleep. Rei has a grip on Castiel's jacket, and Castiel has both arms around her and his chin resting on the top of her head.
Both are totally asleep, blissfully unaware that the PCD is transmitting, the feed eventually turning off when it times out.]
