[So, water. Everywhere. The underwater event has started, and now that Castiel's figured out his gills, he's actually kind of enjoying this; it's almost like flying, sort of. It's an extra dimension of movement, at least.
As it is, though, he's ignoring the water pretty much entirely, as he has something besides the event to post about.]
I have compiled some of my notes on both arrival and departure patterns, as well as the nature of this dimension and some of it's features. These notes are not comprehensive, and input or additional information that anyone could add would be of use.

The event seems relatively benign, much like the jungle event. And for those of you who can't swim, this is a decent opportunity to learn, while you can't drown.
