From mundungus42: Comment with "Come at me, bro," and:
- I'll respond by asking you five questions so I can get to know you better.
- Update your journal with the answers to the questions.
- Include this explanation in the post and offer to ask other people questions.

You think of good questions (aka that are hard to answer)!

1. If you could instantly download any skill or skill set into your brain, a'la the Matrix, what would it be and why?
I think I would like to magically know how to arrange music - particularly for acappella groups. I am totally in love with collegiate acappella and can watch hours of it on YouTube, and I would love to be able to just... arrange pop songs like that. I mean, technically I'm a music student so I should be able to figure it out, I guess, but I find it still somehow mysterious. Also, beatboxing. I would love to be able to beatbox.

2. What is the most memorable vocal performance experience you've had?
One of the most memorable (and enjoyable) series of performance experiences I've had was in 2005 when I persuaded a choral ensemble I was in to get a busking liscence and we busked acappella during the summer. Oh man, down on the waterfront, singing with 5 of my good friends... it was awesome. (Notice a pattern?)

3. You've won the lottery, you chose a lump sum and now you have $5M sitting in your bank account: what's the first frivolous thing you do with it?
Oh boy... I am a person who is not easily frivolous with my money. If I won the lottery I would be the MOST CAREFUL EVER. Hmmm... I might go to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter! I would almost definitely buy The Oxford History of Western Music, but I'm not sure that can be counted as frivolous. I might just go travel somewhere off the continent, as I've never been outside North America and I definitely need to do that at some point in my life.

4. If you were a movie, what would your trailer's tagline be? *
"Funnier than she looks."

5. What is your favorite Disney power ballad to sing?
When I'm feeling sentimental and/or inspired (and I know no one can hear me) I sing "Go the Distance," although I would do a better job if I knew more than three lines of it. :D I do like to sing the ballad-y parts of "Belle" from Beauty and the Beast, too. *sigh* I love Disney! And now I have a sudden hankering to watch Beauty and the Beast. That movie will never, ever get old. ♥♥♥

* I had trouble with this question at first because I have a like/dislike relationship with movies (like love/hate, but milder). I watch them RARELY, mostly because I hate the thought of going on the emotional rollercoaster most movies provide: I pretty much can't distance myself from what happens on the screen. But when someone finally does persuade me to watch a movie, I usually enjoy it. Heh.
