Home at last...

Ahh, it's nice to be back.

Last weekend we went to Zack (my cousin) and Esther's wedding in Great Neck, NY. The wedding was awesome, with lots of great food and a quirky Chinese-speaking Caucasian DJ. At first he was kind of cool, but he got a little too into the whole Chinese thing, especially when he serenaded Zack and Esther. Kind of freaked us out. The wedding was Sunday evening, so we relaxed a bit on Saturday - Jen and Ellen went off to Woodbury Commons while I stayed in the city to meet up with Wilson.

Ellen came up this weekend for her birthday. Went to Giacomo's (great food at a surprisingly low price) on Friday night. Drove out to Cape Ann yesterday afternoon and ended up in Rockport for dinner. Gloucester and Manchester-by-the-Sea - not the most interesting towns, though we did see the famous fisherman's memorial in Gloucester. Stopped by Cy's bridge 'n' beer birthday party, and I was lucky enough to snag a piece of home-made ice cream cake. Today we hosted brunch at our place, using nearly all of our appliances in the process. Enjoyed tossing disc with AJ and Cy in the beautiful weather.

Looking forward to some nice, quiet, peaceful, uneventful time at home. :)
