I don't think this is quite appropriate for a first dance
After some time spent listening to and watching Lady Gaga on YouTube, I have come to a shocking conclusion. I think Lady Gaga is fabulous.
I love her from the tips of her pointy red lace crown to the points of her relatively mundane shoes. I love her shunning of trousers, her willingness to go out in clothes that most people thought were a bit extreme even for the catwalk, her bizarre hair sculptures and her teacup accessories. I love her performance art videos and the way she's taken shoulder pads to their illogical extreme.
I even like her music. Electronic dance pop is not normally my thing, but she's got an excellent voice and her lyrics aren't the usual boring pap that the X-Factor churns out. The hooks from 'Fashion' and 'Love Game' are stuck in my head even now.
And talking of the X-Factor - hooray!
