My day
Has been most uneventful, but fun! I did dishes, made tea biscuits, took out recycle... then Roma came over and her and Arpita taught me some Indian cooking, which was v. cool. I ate, and then had to run to the SLC to meet Accent and we went carolling! Sally kept rearranging Sean's hair; hahaha. We had no Derek, and no Sarah. Ran into Rebecca and Alyssa on the way out of the SLC; they were on their way to get bobby pins because it was Grebel's formal night or something tonight. We went to Grebel to sing. Travelling with Accent is so fun. I heart them. ♥ Jonathon was our pitch pipe. Haha. It was slightly sketchy and embarrassing at first, but it got better. Sally told me I had an amazing voice (awww <3). The Grebel apartments are soooooo nice! ((&: They're bigger than MKV's suites :P))
Walked back along Westmount, and it was quite warm, and I was feeling all jollly and the snow was PERFECT! Oh gosh, I reallly wanted to skip dance and play in the snow. But I didn't. When I went to leave, though, there was this huge snow mound behind MY car, and my car only. I ended up driving over part of it, which was interesting. Got to dance at 515. Only did my solo twice. Uhhh... yeah. Today was a really weird day at the studio. So many people weren't there. And something was...odd. Yeah. We added to our duet, though. Must remember that. We added a jig step. Irish class was interesting as well. And then we went to Tanya's, and were there far too long, and ended up missing Trio, which was really duet, because Katie was sick. Ate Timmies, and then came back, and did mine and Sarah's modern solos because we were the only two there for jazz. I really really like Sarah's solo song. I must get when I'm home. Along with Glorious, by Eddie Izzard, hahahaha. Erin was, like, flinging Sarah around because she wasn't flopping properly. Too stiff. And I learned how to do a Grande Jete? A back-kicky thing :P Drove home... some people were driving like 40 and I was like, comeon now.... there's no need for that! I feel like a speed demon during the winter, and I'm just doing the limit! Came in to find Silvie, that-girl-i-can't-remember-her-name, dean, and valery standing around. It was lucky I came in when I did, because I'd forgotten my WatCard in my room, and the door is still busted, and I guess it's not jammed open anymore... Dean and Val were just trying to get through the door. Got an email from KatieH. woohoo! Damoun ran by and pounded all the doors because it's loud hour. And then Silvie came in and was like 'it's loud hour! be loud! loud!!! comeon!! oh you guys....' We laughed.
I have a donut.... and kind of want to watch something. Maybe some house. Then bed.
