I don't think there are any New Feathers I need to introduce myself to, but I'll do it anyway, just in case. My name's Vyse, I'm the Captain of the Blue Rogues. We're one of the groups dedicated to keeping the villagers safe from both inside and outside threats. If you want to join our cause, just let me know! We're always looking for new members

-- First order of business would of course be Noel's kidnapping. Vyse will direct people to Hazama's entry, if they haven't seen it already. Now, last Vyse heard, Hazama's reasons for kidnapping Noel and hurting Nami were unknown. What he also knows is that Hazama is apparently very strong, but the full extent of his power is also unknown.

One way to handle this would be by arranging search parties. Each party (two people?) searches a different section of Luceti and if they find something suspicious, call for reinforcements first. Taking this guy on by yourself is strongly disadvised by Vyse.

Of course, he's eager to hear other suggestions and possibly more information on Hazama, if anyone has it. He'll probably look to Adell for this, but the more people who have info, the better.

[Adell will have been at the barracks well before noon, having been training. If he couldn't spend the time looking for Noel, he at least wanted to be ready and sharper for whenever he'd get his shot at Hazama. But when this topic comes up in the meeting, his expression is rather dour, but he's ready to answer any questions that get asked as best as he can.]

Since I can fly, do you think that would help in looking for her? I can see the ground really well, too, so I might find something somebody else missed!

Can you tell me what she looks like? Or what the man who kidnapped her looks like?

Well, Hazama's got green hair, not quite shoulder-length and a bit of a pointed face from what I could tell. Noel's got blonde hair and green eyes. He said he's got her hidden, though, so we'll probably have to focus on tracking Hazama down first.

Right! We don't know how strong he is, so always ask for back-up before confronting him.

Disaster prevention / What to do in case of

-- After all the crazy things that've been going down in the village, it's obvious to Vyse that the Rogues need to take security up a notch. What can be done to prevent more incidents like raining trees, flesh-eating butterflies, kidnappings and so on? One thing that will be brought up is an old idea once conceived by Katara and further spread with the help of Raine, where bells would be spread across the barrier and anyone who's in danger could ring them to call for help. It has potential, so should this concept be taken further?

Furthermore, what to do when the chaos has already started? There's no point in running around like headless chickens when there's trouble in the village. One way to cope with destructive incidents that are sure to happen again in the future might be a big shelter of some sort to keep at least the children and non-combatants safe. Any more suggestions for an emergency plan? Let's hear 'm.

Barbecue

-- On a more pleasant note, Vyse has been discussing a Blue Rogue barbecue with several members for a while now. When would this ideally take place? Should it be limited to Blue Rogues only, or should it be open to everyone? Suggestions for games or whatever that can brighten the event up are also welcome.

Ring toss! It's where you hammer some stakes into the ground and try to toss rings or horseshoes onto them. The person who lands the most rings wins!

Oh, I get it. That sounds like a nice game, and it can be set up pretty easily for the barbecue.
