Looks like there's plenty of New Feathers again, and the first two weeks of the months aren't even over yet. Guess now's as good a time as any to recruit for the Blue Rogues. I'd say it's better to spread out a little. Having everyone move in one big group might not be a good idea. Adell did say Medic probably wouldn't have gone too far from the village.

Though, is there a reason he thinks he would have stayed nearby?

I'm... not really sure, no. But considering the Medic didn't show any sign of remorse over what he did, he probably wouldn't have run away.
