Looks like there's plenty of New Feathers again, and the first two weeks of the months aren't even over yet. Guess now's as good a time as any to recruit for the Blue Rogues. Everyone who's read Raine's Guide to Luceti might remember seeing our name in there; we're one of the groups dedicated to protecting the village from our more... dangerous residents. Aside from that, whenever there's a big experiment going on that's causing panic, we'll try to settle things down a bit. We can't do it alone, of course! Sometimes, we'll work together with Brave Vesperia or a few villagers who don't want to sign up for one of the groups but still don't feel like sitting around. If you want more info on the Rogues, you can read one of my older journal entries about it.
If you want to join, just let me know. All I need is your name and any special abilities you have that might help the Blue Rogues. Oh, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask!
While I'm at it, let's have a Blue Rogue headcount. I'd like all the Rogues to let me know they're still around. I need to know who I can count on, after all.

I know Adell and Kurtis are both pretty motivated about this already, but I'm giving you all free reign to assist in the capture of that Medic guy. Only capture. Klonoa was one of ours and what happened was horrible, but if we try to kill Medic, we won't be any better than he is. We don't even know what really happened. He'll either be sealed in an empty apartment or in the tunnels. Either way, we're just restraining him. Don't let that stop you from giving him a good beating, though. He deserves that much!
