Looks like the flow of New Feathers is finally slowing down. The usual cycle got pretty messed up for some reason. I wonder if it'll go back to normal at the start of next month. Anyway, now's a good time for me to open up the Blue Rogue applications again!
So welcome to Luceti, new guys! I'm Vyse, the leader of one of Luceti's big factions. If you've read Raine's guide to Luceti, you should've already heard of us. Basically, we work to protect the village and everyone in it. In times of need, we also collaborate with Brave Vesperia and anyone else who's up for it.
