...i feel so hopelesly out of place, i wish i could make it stop.
battle of the blues is tonight. i'm suffering from the blues too much to want to go but i'll probably have someone knock on my door and drag me there. . .i wish i was drunk. i really dont want to do this. for what? land a record contract with some dude i havent even ever heard about just cause apparently he is famous. So what? if i wanted that i wouldnt have quit the opera company and broken up the band. . .
. . .it just feels like a big scam so that washed out producers can milk new/starry eyed musicians for all their worth. so sad. . .i cant even begin to imegine how the organizers are going to even try to deny that
