Reporting on fitness progress~
Two weeks in, and I've lost about 3 pounds and 3 inches off my tummy. I'm not TOO excited yet, because my stomach is the first place I lose weight and the last place I gain it, but it's giving me a little boost. I need that, because my motivation has been pretty low the last few days. My attempts at my meal plan have left me hungry and tired rather often.
This week, I'm going to try a few more group exercise classes and see if I like anything. Gonna try to boost my cardio as well.
