I only started my fitness plan this week, and I already feel ready to give up.
Apparently, I gained 1.5 pounds just from yesterday. GAINED. How is that even possible?
I started with my personal trainer at the gym on Tuesday and went back again on Thursday. I've been watching my eating carefully all week, eating three small meals and 3 small snacks a day (to keep metabolism up).
Here's what I ate yesterday:
2 cups of cereal with skim milk (breakfast)
Chicken caesar salad (lunch)
Small fish filet with a cup of organic pasta (dinner)
3 small snacks (a few crackers, a square of chocolate to keep down cravings, baby carrots, etc.)
HOW DOES ANYONE GAIN A POUND AND A HALF FROM THAT. HOW THE FUCK.
And my trainer is working me harder than I ever have in my LIFE. And I still gained 2.5 pounds in four days? Can someone explain this to me?
At this rate, I'll be the only person at my gym to fail the weight loss challenge by GAINING weight. I feel so miserable with myself. I've been trying so hard this week.
