another tv show to watch? bring it on.

Let me be clear here--I am in my final year of undergraduate life, I'm taking rigorous courses at a relatively prestigious university, I spend my free time running errands for the choir for which I'm essentially a vice president/tresurer, and I watch literally 10 television shows. Which means that I really really can't like this new USA network show "White Collar."

UGH.

I resisted for a while, I swear, but even before I had any interest in watching this show, I caught a glimpse of pretty Matthew Bomer, and I wavered a little. Seriously, Google image search him, and you will see.

The chemistry between Neal Caffrey (Matthew Bomer) and the FBI agent dude... Peter Burke? Peter Stokes? Sources disagree. Chemistry is awesome, their banter is fun, and the pilot was decent considering that so often, pilot episodes are weak, since they have to introduce all the characters and their backgrounds.

Yes, you have seen this plot before, conman is released into the custody of an FBI agent to help him out. You say, "I already saw Catch Me If You Can." I'll give you that, but it's a fun show, and I think I'm going to have to add another show to my list. This is a problem.

For those who are keeping a tally, I watch Mad Men, Gossip Girl, Castle, How I Met Your Mother, Glee, Modern Family (new addition), The Office, 30 Rock, Community (also new), Merlin, and now, White Collar (probably). To be fair though, Mad Men and Merlin are both short seasons and Mad Men will be ending in two weeks. But still! Too many.

television, white collar
