when i made this livejournal, way back when, i was like "ok ali, inthewire's gone, start using livejournal". and then i pretty much went entirely to xanga without passing go or collecting any money at all.
i think about that every time i log in.
thanksgiving has been good, break has been good. i finally settled in here at home on tuesday, and now i don't want to leave. eventually i'll reach equilibrium, hopefully!
i've been playing with my dog basil all week. he's the coolest.
also, i went shopping today (yes, on Black Friday) with my little sister. it was innnntense. so many people!
