Big surprise :)
So... Geoff (and his roommate) drove down about 900 miles from Chicago to see me (well, his roommate came to visit her significant other as well). For 2 days. :) I was so happy, so surprised, so... It just erased lots of my doubts. It's been hard for me since he's been so far away and really isn't that good on the phone, and I was beginning to have doubts. But the second I saw him, and he came up and gave me the biggest hug, everything felt ok again. He was so relaxed and happy, and it was a great visit. So great. I had the best sleep of my life last night, with him lying next to me and holding me close. I've really missed it. It was definitely hard letting him leave this morning, but I'm content with the knowledge that i'll be seeing him again in less than three weeks, cause i'm flying up to Chicago for a visit. Not nearly long enough, unfortunately... only 4 days & 4 nights, but it's better than not seeing him.
