Not really feeling too great today. Haven't over stepped my caloric intake, got 30 minutes+ of exercise. But I still feel like crud ( Read more... )

Keep it up -- remember that even though the basic premise of weight loss is energy balance (calories in vs calories out), you have to learn to listen to your body and realize which foods upset your stomach, make you feel lethargic, etc. That is highly individual, but it's important.
