Here's something that'll keep you awake...
....Hearing gun shots at 1:30 in the morning when you never hear that kind of thing where you live.
Heard the first set of shots over a TV on max volume -- due to the fan being on max. speed -- with me being less than 15 feet away from both. Not only that, but they were loud enough to startle me and send me leaping out of my chair. It was F-ing CLOSE. Heard the 2nd set not three minutes later, but from farther away.
Am way too amped up to sleep any time soon. Any more shots and K is getting woken up and the cops are being called.
