Heat a frying pan and put a soft flour tortilla in it. Sprinkle one half with 40g of wafer thin ham, 15g grated cheese (this is Weight Watchers so it was half fat), a handful of spinach (recipe said rocket but we didn't have any) and a sliced tomato. Fold it in half like a half moon, and dry fry for a minute on each side.

I can still taste it in my mouth and it is delicious.
