Dear gang of teenagers outside our house

I hope you are all enjoying the start of the summer holidays. I know that it is exciting for you: 6 weeks with no school and all that. I also understand that you don't have to get up for school in the morning, and the evenings are warm and long.

But can I just ask that you have some consideration for the fact that young children and babies ARE trying to sleep at 9.30pm.
