The Event. Anyone watch? Anyone else confused
Son I tried to watch 'The Event'. But I was left confused. I'm not to fond of the 'time skip/jump' trope, and the multiple POV jumps (with each time jump) just made ithard foe me to follow. But what I got was that there's this group who knew about the big reveal-y thing that happened at the end, and no one believed them so they locked them up. So someone decided to steal a plane and try to crash it into a summit where the president was talking about something unrelated (that's prolly wrong). Maybe I'm just not smart enough for this show (from everything I've heard it's supposed to be a little like Lost).
If that's not right would some kind soul please explain it to me. I want to have another show (besides Supernatural) to drool/squee over this fall season. If I can't get my head around this one I might switch to Castle (doesn't that also air on Monday's at 9 est)?
