I decided to be a lemming. I watched the Season Premier of Burn Notice and the Series Premier of Royal Pains.
Is anyone else watching these shows? I really did enjoy them both immensely.
Thoughts on Burn Notice:
But my God Gabrielle Anwar needs to eat Something. She's too damn skinny. Also I'm not looking forward to the new antagonist they're bringing on to replace Tricia Helfer's character. What can I say I'm a fan of Caprica Six. I'm totally in love with Madeline she gets all the best snarky one liners. Also Michael and Fiona were Adorable. I love that they are in love but not willing to admit it.
Thoughts on Royal Pains:
I was all ready to Hate Royal Pains in the first few minutes. That bitch of a (now) ex-fiance pissed me off. She was absolutely a gold digger. She'd have totally fit in up in the Hampton's. I loved Hank with Tucker and Libby, there was totally an 'older brother' vibe going on there. I loved how he offered to just hang out with Tucker at the end, cause he realised that that's the only positive male role model/influence the boy is going to have in his life.
I LOVE Divya (except I think it should be spelled Dhivia, because that would seem to reflect her culture more... IDK) She's got this whole vibe of wanting to help, but also taking advantage of 'being a doctor to the elite'.
And PLEASE tell me I'm not the only one who's mind went to the DirtyBadWrong incest place when Evan was having the dream about *someone* taking off their shirt (you'll note he never gave the person in his dream a gender...), but was in BED with Hank. Please!!! I can't be the only one who's mind went there. Especially after they were standing at the party (at Boris') and Evan says something about Hank Smiling. Seriously, that's not generally something guys (let alone Brothers) notice about each other. And how his tone softened when he said it.
Okay I think that's all my yammering for tonight. I need to get to bed.
