Backtagging: I'm always up for it! Granted, I can get lazy at times, but I try my best.
Threadhopping: I really don't care, and it can be really fun if pulled off right!
Fourthwalling: Eh, I think this'll vary, but general knowledge I'm fine with. I mean, if your character's a rabid otaku, then yeah, they're gonna know a helluva lot about TWEWY IF it floats their boat, which I'm definitely cool with. Talk to me about it first, though. I don't want everyone knowing that Joshua's OMFG ZE COMPOSER FKJDLSA. It's just not common knowledge.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'm cool with a lot, but if it ever comes up as offensive to me, I'll let you know.

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character) activity. This doesn't necessarily apply to memes, since they're just absolute crack.
Hugging this character: Honestly? It depends on the level of CR and who you are. Otherwise, he's not much of a touchy-feely character.
Kissing this character: Kissing on the cheek in greeting? Fine, he can deal with that. Anything beyond that he won't deal with well, unless you've got REALLY HIGH CR with him.
Flirting with this character: Go for it, but Josh won't ever mean it if he starts flirting back. Again, the person in question will need really high CR for him to even consider it seriously.
Fighting with this character: Generally speaking, Joshua isn't someone who actively goes out to fight people. Shut up, Neku. This will have to be discussed with me on a case-by-case basis, because Joshua has two "levels" of fighting. He has a half-assed way of fighting, and then there's the "bitch, the gloves are off" way of fighting.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): I honestly have no limits on this, except for permanent crippling/damage. Basically, if you wanna break his arm, then go right ahead. If you wanna, I dunno, make him lose all function of his legs permanently, then we gotta talk this through.
Killing this character: I'm gonna say no since a) he's technically dead already, and b) he's insanely hard to kill, seen in canon and made mention in canon.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Generally speaking, he won't be able to be read by anyone with mediocre talents/abilities. If your character has strong mind-affecting abilities, then please talk to me about it.
Warnings: "Something about him just...grates." Don't be surprised if your character starts hating/disliking him 'cause...he can be a real jerk sometimes. Okay, okay, a LOT of the time. Joshua also tl;dr's when you get him in a philosophical mood, so you better brace yourself. He's a history buff, so I'll probably be researching random historical stuff if it ever crops up, so expect a slow tag back if that's the case.

Well, Joshua's got some stuff he can do to people, surprise surprise. These are just the basics, but if anything else comes up that's potentially godmodding, then I'll DEFINITELY hit you up for a chance to talk about it.
Sensing: This covers whether your character's alive, dead, "special," what have you. He can sense emotions and power levels, but how much of it is up to you. Can Joshua sense only some of it? Or can he tell for sure that you're not what you really are?
Telepathy: Yes or no, but if yes I'd like to know if there are any boundaries for me to never go into. Generally speaking, Joshua doesn't always do this, but when he does it's normally just the surface thoughts.
Barriers: This ONLY APPLIES TO DEAD PEOPLE. If you're alive, then it does nothing whatsoever. What Joshua can do is set up invisible barriers around a city, blocking off certain routes or streets. The level of it varies on his mood (I believe that level five is the highest and strongest, but I could be wrong), but it just serves to keep people from going through there. If your character is somewhere in between dead and alive, a god/goddess/deity, or something supernatural, how much would it affect that character? I'm more than willing to work with you on finding a middle ground for how much the barrier will affect them.
This is a very general and short list, and as I said before, I'll IM you or something if I need to do something specific or you wanna plot with me and need to know a thorough rundown of what Joshua can do.
