Today was a great day, I only had one class, and we spent a lot of time in discussion about many interesting topics. Then I went home, and I've spent about 4 hours today cooking--it was so relaxing! I had a group meeting for just a bit, but that wasn't too bad. But today I've made: a pot roast with roasted potato slices and gravy, a bread to go with it, and now, I just finished this cheesey bread! I haven't tried this yet, but the roast and potatoes were excellent. AJ, my upstairs neighbor helped me making this last bread, I'm trying to teach her how to cook. Anyway, it's almost the weekend, and we're having a huge Halloween bash on Friday, and I'm a costume judge! Oh, and I'm student government treasurer!
