This was at a party two weeks ago today, about three blocks from our apartment. It started out as a 12-person pot luck, each person bringing food (surprisingly, all the food there ended up vegetarian--which was great), good food, great food. I can't even start to explain how good the food was, there was EVERYTHING! Besides that, I've been so busy with this grad school stuff that I haven't had time for anything, just homework and chilling at home. I survived the first 2-week intensive course (see the Album for OB1 Presentations), and now I've started my real classes. I LOVE Arabic, it's a very pretty language, and the class is much better than my Spanish class. I will post some samples of my script in a little while, after a few more weeks of practice, and maybe a little more stylized. Anyway, I'm glad I could get around to posting some pictures again, I've been failing you guys. Too many late nights and early mornings. Many essays and a presentation next week. This was taken with my Nikkor 18-55mm lens, in very low lighting at 1600 ISO. I love the power of DSLRs.
