It's been one of those weeks where I never really felt like updating. Anytime I was like, "Okay, I should LJ," I went here and didn't know what to write. Even now, I'm uninspired.
- I went to Jamie & Justin's wedding last weekend as a last-minute date for Erin. Congratulations to those two! I was happy to spend my evening with a bunch of people I love and don't see enough.
- Last Sunday, it turns out the rescheduled my Segway hours through a miscommunication, so Erin and I went to
Salvage One as a Chicago Adventure. What a great place! Then, I went over to Shane's and watched the Bears lose.
- This week has kinda been a blur. I got my third parking ticket in a month today. UGH.
"Mixtape" opens in a week. I know that this will be my last Skybox show for a while. I've had tremendous success in my first year in Chicago and I need to continue down the road I've been going, but I need to start doing other venues. This is my seventh since I started last November and it really, honestly, has been the most fun I've had putting together a Skybox show. I can't imagine another one being as good or as fun as this one has been. Seven is a great number to end on.
