The conotations of sauna usage
My host mom just came upstairs after using the sauna (apparently this house has a sauna, I had no idea until she just told me), and asked if I wanted to go use it now that they were done. I politely declined, because frankly, saunas have been ruined for me.
Once upon a time I had a girlfriend who's parent's had a sauna, and a few times when we were home alone we made us of it. Needless to say, saunas are not nearly as much fun alone, and it only serves as a blaytant reminder to me that I am not getting layed at the moment when I use a sauna alone.
